People insult or inteligence with that bs. I hate those "you don't need to exercise" commercials on TV and radio too. Good for you for walking away. As far as approaching you about your weight, you should have asked what he was doing in regards to his ignorance and stupidity.

In addition to what has already been said, you're not eating any protein or carbs with your lunch. Those things will fill you up. Maybe a turkey sandwich on a 100 calorie bun with some mustard and veggies... You can add a TON of veggies to those scrambled egg whites. I would definitely not drink anything but water but you…

I'm doing The Biggest Loser Cardio Max right now. There is some jumping but they tell you and show you how to modify it so it's lower impact. I love this workout; it kicks my butt!

I'm also losing motivation because I've stopped losing weight. I've upped my walking miles to 7.5 for the last three days, eating healthy, etc. I have only lost 10 pounds and I've been stuck here for a while (has to be about a month). I just try and remind myself that I FEEL better when I'm working out and eating better…

I would exercise like there's no tomorrow and eat healthy food with no results. When I started tracking my food intake on MFP is when I really realized you CAN'T eat all the healthy food you want-there is such a think as "too much of a good thing". Finally I'm losing weight.

I don't know why it's happening, but it's happening to me too! For the last week I am hungry at night. Someone told me to drink some cucumber water with a little bit of lemon in it. I would say don't beat yourself up and start over this morning. Good job!

My tummy, only because I was able to wear a shirt I hadn't been able to wear before. Also, the sides of my legs (my saddle bags) are slimming down.

I have the same problem so I leave my DVD player on at night with the video in so it's ready to go when I wake up. I don't get up any earlier than I have to, especially not to torture myself! I do love these workouts too, but not because they're fun...
