I'm in the gym 5ish days a week. I try and eat right, but I still don't do it 100% clean and without the exercie, I gain weight.

I would recommend a HRM that uses a chest strap. I've heard of a lot of questionable results with the straight wrist strap HRM. I'm happy with any workout that burns 10cal/Min. Straight cardio should actually be more than that. I started only counting cardio calories burned, and i'm subtracting out any calories burned…

I agree with everyone esle. The progress pic doesn't show the full body, but in your face and neck you are showing pretty good signs of sliming. Plus, you already look happier. Keep focused on your diet and cardio, cardio, cardio!!! Keep rockin

Keep up the good work. Eat right and get your exercise. Don't think about it, just do it. Some weeks we go up in weight and some weeks we go down in weight. Needing to take this seriously. I manage to eat right for days in a row and then ruin it on binge eating during a night out. I need to beef up the workouts and work on my resisting the temptation of food and drink.

There is honestly no way to fix it. Just count it as crashing your diet and move on. Don't change your routine just because 1 meal got messed up. Count it as a slip up and focus on your nutrition goals going forward.
