average week i do 2 classes of spin and 1 hr class of body combat.. i find after the spin i need to eat more.. yes 1200cal is what i aim for. But im just so bad if i see i can eat an extra 600cals i will literaly eat them all and more. might work best if i dont log them, a kinda out of sight out of mind thing. x

wow there are lots of different golas on here you all want to meet! the reason i ask is because i never really worried about my wieght that much before but since having my little girl ava last year i piled on the weight, not when i was pregnant?! but when i had her i just ate!! so i never really used to weigh myself much…

lol totally relate to this post! my baby is nearly a year, i breastfed and lost the wieght quite quickly as soon as i stopped i couldnt stop eating :/ ooppsss im 5'2 and 165lbs now good luck
