Drink lots of water and distract yourself. Go on many walks as well. Or take a nice bath( light some candles and turn on some music ).

Mine was the opposite -- FT7 reported fewer calories than the machine. But, I love it!

You should definitely try to cook your foods. You tend to go over your sodium intake quite a bit.

Freddayyy. I would join you. But, I have had suchhh bad luck with bikes. I got my bike stole 3 times within the span of five months. Gotten into 2 bike accidents within 3 weeks - and sprained the same ankle. No luck at all. I live in a biking community haha. So, bike robberies and bike accidents are common.

Oven chicken breast on Jalepeno and Cheese bread with pepper jack cheese. Tomato, lettuce, olive, pickle, banana pepper. Chipotle Sauce Yes, toasted!
