I just want to have a flat tummy again. I just want to be able to sit down w/o having to hide my belly with my purse. So embarrassing because I know people can tell what I'm trying to do. *sigh*

Nope. I don't give myself a pass. If I did that I would just set myself back. All that hard work for nothing. What I do when I have crazy cravings is just work what I want into my daily calories and try not to go over my goal. If I'm craving chocolate, instead of pigging out on a whole candy bar I will get a "funsized"…

I had the same situation happen to me last week. I had a "friend" that would log things like "Fake meal so I can reach MFP Goals - 1200 Calories" and log a few real foods only adding up to sometimes 300 real calories a day. Her posts were always negative and sometimes scary. I felt sorry for the girl but I had to unfriend…

SW: 226 Lbs CW: 208 Lbs GW: 170-175 Lbs (will go down more if I feel its necessary) Height: 5'9" Age: 23 I have a curvy build and 170-175 Lbs looks good for me. I've been there before and right now I'm eating around 1600 calories.

Thanks everyone. All good thoughts and opinions. I wont think to much into the logging I guess. After reading this, I'll just go by what the website says and make it easier on myself. I try not to eat that much fast food anyways so it shouldn't hurt too much in the week.

Thanks again. I do have a scale and I weigh everything. It's just with my crazy work schedule it's difficult to find time to eat sometimes. I think ill start taking pre-portioned bags of almonds into work. Get my calories in that way.

Thanks everyone. I'm not trying to eat 1,000 or less. It just happens sometimes. I've been trying to eat veggies and lean meats and for breakfast i'll have a smoothie made with fruits and veggies. Watching my portions. Sometimes I'm just not that hungry.

Just checking in! I'm down to 214 now and still 9 lbs away from my September goal. Not Sure if i can lose that much weight in about 13 days but I sure will try (the healthy way!) :wink:

I'm 5'9 and I'm aiming for 175. Back when I was in my first year of college 3 years ago I was really fit and dropped down to about 175 and I loved the way I looked. Keep in mind that everyone's body type can be different. I'm curvy and have big thighs/butt and boobs so 175 can look different on a smaller framed woman.

Drink water and plenty of it. The weight gain could have been from retaining water.

Potatoes! Mashed, baked, Fried... doesn't matter how its prepared that's what I find myself craving. Especially the first 3 or 4 days when the cravings are constantly poking at your brain. Also another thing is alcohol. I always stick to vodka and diet pop but the alcohol stalls weight loss most of the time.

You can customize your macros by clicking on My Home > Goals > Change Goal > Custom It will only let you change percentages I set my macros based off 1600 CAL 20g Carbs (5%) 120g Protein (30%) 116 Fat (65%) Are you in the induction phase of atkins?

You need to add more things like butter to your broccoli. An easy way to add more fats to your diet is to use olive oils and butters.

I'm 5'9 Age- 22 Starting weight-228 CW- 218 GW- 175 Exercise- I try to workout at least 30-60 minutes 4 - 5 times a week. I eat around 1400- 1800 calories while on a low carb diet/life style My goals are to first lose 53 lbs then work on toning muscles
