Hair loss on Keto?
Has anyone here experienced hair loss while eating keto? I've been noticing for about the past month or so that my hair is dropping out like CRAZY. I'm getting pretty scared. Any ideas on what I could be possibly doing wrong to make this happen? Any ideas to help stop it?

IF Question
Is it still considered fasting if you drink coffee with coconut oil in the morning? I have it in my mind that because I'm not chewing actual food food and only eating around dinner time that I'm still doing intermittent fasting...or am I completely wrong because I'm still consuming calories from the coconut oil and coffee??

Extreme Thirst
I checked the launch pad and cant find any info on this topic but no matter how much water I drink I'm always thirsty. I literally have a 74 oz water bottle beside me and its 3/4 the way gone. My mouth is still dry. Why is that??

Daily Calorie Totals
I'm 23 years old, 5'9, and 211 pounds. I have my calorie daily total set at 1,600 calories but I'm lucky if I even hit 1,000 some days. Am I doing more harm than good but eating that low an amount of calories??

Halfway towards my halfway mark!
