Hello everyone! I'm looking for more Atkins support. I have come to learn that its really had to find supporters on the regular forums on MFP without getting slammed for our dieting choice. Which is why I'm so very happy I found this group!
I have been doing the atkins induction phase for a month now but have fallen off over the past week. So you can say this is the restart of day 1. I have lost 9 lbs so far but with my weigh in being tomorrow I have a feeling I probably gained from my carb over load this past week so we will see.
