I need to up my healthy fat intake. Do you have any suggestions on how while doing the atkins induction phase? I need to try and hit 133g a day and I seem to be having trouble.

Eggs, firm or aged cheese, avocados, olives, fatty salad dressings w/ no more than 2g net carbs per 2 TBSP serving, and olive oil.

In the beginning they get fairly specific on what foods you can and can't eat during each phase. May be helpful.0
