I had a bad weekend. Saturday and Sunday I ate so many carbs I cant even count and kicked myself our of ketosis. Any tips on how to quickly get back into ketosis in a healthy way?

I find eating very low carb for a few days help - when I go off plan, the next day or two has me at like 10g of carbs or less to help the process.
Eat things such as eggs, meats, some butter, and cheese.
A bacon and egg breakfast might do you good.
Don't forget the sodium!0 -
