Starting Weight: 228
Current Weight: 223
Final Goal Weight: 175

April 9, 2014 Goal: 6 lb loss Total Weekly Loss:
April 16, 2014 Goal: 2 lb loss Total Weekly Loss:
April 23, 2014 Goal: 2 lb loss Total Weekly Loss:
April 30, 2014 Goal: 2 lb loss Total Weekly Loss:

GOAL TOTAL: 12 lbs
TOTAL LOST IN April: 0 lbs
LEFT TO REACH GOAL: 12 lbs

Other Goals:
1) NO ALCOHOL THIS MONTH
2) Stay under my calorie goal!
3) Be more active daily...
4) Don't go over 20 Carbs a day

    April 30: 2lbs

    Other goals.....
    _work out 40 minutes, 5 days a week
    _avoid alcohol (except end of the month cheat day)
