Overall goal weight is 135lbs, then I'll start focusing on body fat %
This month my goals are to:
-Lose 8lbs by April 30th
-Continue to look at soda as a treat and not an everyday beverage (recently kicked the habit)
-Get back to my P90 exercise videos
-Get my stupid taxes done0
