I'm actually doing a fat fast right now that that includes guacamole and low sugar peanut butter. I was in ketosis after 1 day and so far I've lost 5 lbs in 4 days. You will be fine with the avocado and peanut butter lol If you want, take a look at my food dairy to see exactly what I'm doing.

I'm just doing this as a restart. I've been failing miserably when it comes to eating keto the past few weeks. I've been giving into temptations WAY to often this past week due to my TOM. I thought a fat fast would be a good way to start over.

You can up your calories by adding more calorie dense foods such as olive oil, coconut oil, butter, mayo. I had the same issue starting out but after adding things like those I had no problem hitting my calorie goal. Take a look at my food diary. I had 2 tbs of coconut oil in my coffee and that's 240 calories in itself!

What supplements helped you? I'm kind of embarrassed to say but I do have an issue with binge eating sometimes. I've started to realize how much of a problem I have when I fall off the wagon. It gets so bad sometimes to the point where I can eat to the point I get sick. I don't do it all the time but when I do its bad.

Yea, I'm trying SOOOOO hard. I have a desk job and sometimes it gets slow so I have WAY too much time to think about how much I want the foods I cant have. I know exactly how you are feeling. I went on a short vacation this past weekend to Chicago. Went to a cubs game and went to the cheesecake factory on national cheesecake day... lets just say I'm not going to weigh myself for at least a week. I don't even want to know what damage I've done on the scale. :s

SW: 228 lbs (07/11/16) Last Week: 221.4 lbs (07/20/16) CW: 221.2 GW: 170-175 lbs A loss of .2 lbs. I weighed myself last Friday 07/22/16 and was 219.6 but I had a bad weekend so I gained a little back since then. :(

I'm 5'9 and my goal is between 170-175. I'm really curvy (bigger boobs and lower half). I've been in that weight range before and I felt really comfortable with that size. I currently weigh about 225 so I have about 50-55 lbs to lose. I'll see once I hit my goal if I want to lose more.

I've been trying to lose about 50 lbs for the past 3 years. Up and down up and down. Definition of a yo-yoer. My issue was I would lose about 10-15 lbs then decide to celebrate my loss with a cheat meal (bad idea). That turned into a cheat day, cheat weekend, to a cheat week and next thing I knew I gained it all back.…

How does she encourage disorder eating? I've watched a few of her videos now and I haven't seen her encourage it. She has said she used to have an eating disorder but has changed her life style of eating vegan.
