Tonight I am having chargrilled chicken on skewers with pitta bread and salad (aka chicken kebab to my fellow UK-ers!). I normally have garlic mayo on it but i have given that up now! Mmmmmm i'm starving! (again!) I'm probably feeling hungry because i'm at work and bored stupid!!

I drive a 1997 Golf GTI Mk 3. Not the best car i've had, i have to say. Too small for me. I drove a Vauxhall Vectra (called Victor!) for 10 years until DP wrote him off by nudging the bumper of the car in front at some traffic lights! :sad: I miss Victor the Vectra! :sad: :laugh:

That's interesting!! I was ravenous all day yesterday and just really wanted to stuff and stuff!! Although i went over my calories by 204, it was only because of poor food choices and no exercise yesterday. I will have to remember to eat more good fats rather than trying to avoid them...... I'm hungry! :sad:

Mickey I sooo know what you mean! My problem is portion sizes and eating rubbish and drinking wine at weekends, which then leads to continued wine during the week....... Thanx Ally - add you. I think i have been peeing alot more today so hopefully i have been clearing out a little water retention which might make a difference on the scales. I've also burnt loads of calories today in Step and Body Pump (2 hours in total!) so that's a plus! :bigsmile: I have weighed and measured ALL my food…
