I agree with a lot of other people on here. The old "If you fail to plan, then plan to fail" motto. If left to my own devices, I will make bad eating choices every time. So I only keep 'healthier' foods in the house (single w/ no kids, so I only have myself to worry about!), and make sure there is always something cooked…

That is so awesome! My ultimate weight loss goal is in the 100lb ballpark as well, so it's really great to see stories from ladies who have stuck to it and accomplished this goal... you're an inspiration for sure! :bigsmile:

I was the same way for a long time, eating all lean cuisine / frozen pre-packaged foods. I've worked mostly out of that mode though, and only eat them maybe 1 or 2 times a week (or less).
