Thanks to everyone who replied. I'm not looking to "lose fat", I'm looking to tone up those areas more so then I am now. If you wear a heart rate monitor you can create a new exercise for 30DS and put in the amount of calories you burned yourself. Otherwise I put it under circuit training, which seems to be the general idea.

I'm 5'9". My current long-term goal is to get down to 160-165ish from 256. I'll re-assess from there and see where I want to go. Probably working on toning.

Most days she doesn't annoy me, but sometimes I don't want to hear it. "I have 400 pound people who can do jumping jacks, so can you!" There is an option to have just the music playing and no talking. I don't like the music so I just mute it all out and play my own on those annoying days.

I also have PCOS. I don't take any medication for it as I don't have the insurance currently. Weight loss with PCOS is a slow process but it'll be worth it in the end!

I checked my BMI this morning and it's gone down .5%. Not a lot but its progress!

I've been wondering the same thing about the Fitbit. I want to make sure its worth the expense and not something I won't use. I noticed there are different models and wondered which one was preferred.

I'm in the midst of level 2. I took before pictures and can't wait to see my afters. Level 2 was a big shock compared to level 1 so I try to do extra plank jacks, etc to practice when I'm not doing the video.

This. I didn't get sick either. Had my surgery done on a Friday and was back in school on Monday. When I had to sit for long periods of time and then stand it was a bit painful straighting up but managable.

Congratulations on everything. You don't realize how big of an inspiration you are for people who've yet to loose so much weight. Isn't it odd how we start out with one career, and during something like weight loss or an accident,etc you completely change what you thought you wanted to do with your life?

Fruit Dip 5.3 oz container of Greek yogurt 2 tbsp peanut butter 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp honey Mix all together and eat with fruit (apples, grapes, banana are all good). One serving is usually about half. Its delish!
