My secret isn't much of a secret... I'm just eating healthy. Lots of Kale, chard and spinach. I've also cut out as much sugar, grains and alcohol as possible. Nothing processed. I pretty much don't eat anything with more than one ingredient.

I bought one and I love it. Lost 60lbs in the last 3 months. I weighed in just this morning and reached my goal weight (or initial goal weight) of 200 lbs! Going to try for 15 more lbs now. I'm not giving the Nutribullet all of the credit or anything, but it did help me to be able to eat spinach, kale, spilualina etc.

I weigh myself everyday, but only record it when there is a change (negative or positive).

Smoothies. I too hate veggies and I swear you can't taste kale or spinach if you add them to a smoothie with an apple or banana in it.
