i was at the mall looking for fudge or chocolate something, so expensive, so ended up going to subway for choc cookie and ate 1/2. Seems like halfing stuff is really helping me, dont feel deprived.

any emotion makes me want to eat. Lonely,depressed, sad, and yes sick. Today I had a stomach ache and I wanted to eat salty stuff. I didn't. I drank a coke and that settled my stomach. Someone told me to eat I would feel better. No, makes me feel worse.

I got a stomach ache and I always turn to food. Not today, I said a coke will settle my stomach. I wanted salty chips, etc. My emotions make me think I want food whether I am lonely, frustrated, depressed, sick. Someone must have told me food would make me feel better. It does the opposite. Bad habit I didnt do today.

I watch my carbs and a new mindset, finally realize how food has caused me so much sadness and depression. So I dont need all that food!

I feel like I am on a diet always. I am also on a budget with my money. I can't go and buy whatever I want and I can't go and eat whatever I want. I know, not fair. I just have the mindset I want to care enough about me to keep this weight off! I dont want to be in debt and I dont want to be fat.

yes I like Rebel but expensive. I tried Breyers low carb ice cream which is cheaper. $3.50 for big thing of it, choc was so creamy and good.

for me carbs are the devil. When I started eating 100 gr or less of carbs, my weight came off and I am not as hungry.

what a difference, never heard of the drinking at the end of meal, will try that. No, dont gain it back, I weigh every day so I notice if I start slipping.

I made soup last night and did not go back for seconds. That is a biggie for me. Trying to never do seconds, why did I do it anyway, bad habit. I was not hungry, if it looks good I usually eat it but not tonight.

I had a dress on and someone says you have lost weight. I have had my weight off for 2 years so that was a compliment. I dont wear dresses often.

I have a hard time throwing food away but here lately I have been eating some of my food and if I dont want it Throw that stuff away! I did it with a biscuit this morning, ate only 1/2 and with a choc nut sundae, ate just some of it. Better to throw it away than eat it, finally getting it thru my head!
