I wore some pants today that I had not had on in a year and they were loose. Everyone was having cake today and I said No thank you. I cant be eating dessert every day, maybe once in 3 weeks.

i think people are just curious, lady at my gym went from 228 to 138 and her husband is heavy and I wonder if he is losing in the same household.

I love wearing my clothes, nothing is tight. I use to come home in my car and have to unbutton my pants. I can wear everything in my closet, a wonderful feeling.

i ordered pizza and decided (really a friend told me about this) to take the toppings off and put it on my 50 calorie low carb 4g flatbread. Great way to eat pizza.

I have started taking a day a month and eat sweets. I cant handle them very often but one time a month seems to work. This month I had cake, cookies, candy bar and lost 2 lbs . Maybe it shook my metabolism.

if it is after 6pm I dont eat, just drink tea or water. During the day it will be hard boiled eggs, tuna, peanut butter, celery, radishes, sardines.

I wanted an oreo mcflurry but I dont eat after 6pm so I said No. Anyway, I looked it up and wow they have a lot of calories even the snack size. I have decided not to eat sweets but every 3-4 weeks so I will wait because it is a trigger for me, cant have ice cream very often.

I definitely think it helps to have some foods you love, I plan on doing this every month, I ate whatever I wanted and came down 2 pounds. I know I can't do it often but I think once every 3 or 4 weeks helps, also gets me off a plateau.

I gained about 7 pounds but have got it off. I decided to eat clean and took 1 day a month and had some junk food but only 1 day and it worked.

good for you taking care of you. My friend was doing the whole30 diet and her husb just got diagnosed with colan cancer and prostate cancer and she said I gained the covid 15. I know she gained 40 lbs when her Mom died. No food doesnt help, only gives us another problem.

went to steak place, no bread, loaded up vegetables on baked potato, ate very little of potato, mostly broccoli, peas, tomatoes, onions and cheese.

it has been 2 years since I lost 30 lbs but today someone said you are still skinny mini, usually people dont pay attention any more (I miss that).

i found this GLen Livingston on web, how to stop binge eating very helpful, also quit eating hard candy and getting into husb stash of junk food. 2 more lbs and I will be back into the 150's.

wow what a difference, wtg! I do intermittent fasting naturally. That is just the way I eat. I eat at pm and then not again til around 8am. I was just thinking I do this automatic without even trying. I eat dinner 5oclock and it is 8 or 9 the next morning before I eat again. It is just the way I roll. My husb has a problem with night eating but I guess I just got out of the habit of eating at night, I drink stuff, water, tea, coffee.
