I like it with about 6 drops of vanilla stevia for ~1/3 cup. I also like adding some frozen berries, microwaved for ~30 seconds, as well as stevia. So yummy! :)

I wanted to try eating clean - so I cut out 2 of my staples, peanut butter and cheese, in one fell swoop. I thought I would crave them. I didn't though! I think it is because I replaced it with almonds, pistachios, tahini, and avocado. Having nutrition-filled substitutes made it surprisingly easy.

As creator of the challenge, I feel really bad about it, but I have not been very consistent. My body has been just too tired after my other workouts and cleaning job to do it some days. However, I think I will be able to do it more now. :smile: I also keep getting freaked out by the bees outside! :laugh:

I have to admit I was probably tripping on average every 6 jumps today. I hope that will get better by the end of July. Good for you for resting, and doing it! :smile:

Cool! It depends on which challenge level you go for. Jade and Copper are not back to back minutes. The other levels are consecutive minutes. It is okay if you trip, take a 30 second breather, restart again and again, as long as it is a 10 minute (for example) block-of-time of jump roping. I hope this makes sense :tongue:
