Absolutely! Good question. You could get Ruby. Or, keeping in the tune of '10 minutes', experienced jump ropers could aim for 10 minutes multiple times a day. Platinum: 10 minutes 2x day Diamond: 10 minutes 3x or more a day.

Woot woot! Welcome!

lol! It doesn't matter to me how many times you trip, as long as you try to jump the rope 10 minutes! I know I will be restarting a lot!

Great!! 10 consecutive minutes of jump roping every day in July for the Ruby level. The minutes must be consecutive, but not pauseless - as in tripping/restarting/ catching breath/ changing style - all good. During the month we can post questions and comments. At the end of the month you can post your achievement! Happy…

Awesome! Thanks!

Great! I recommend a fitness rated one - Walmart sells 'em for about $10- the weight of the rope and the ball bearings makes for a much better experience! I don't recommend a leather one though, those really hurt when they hit you! Thanks for joining!

Absolutely! Thanks for joining! To clarify: 10 minutes consecutive, but not necessarily without tripping! I couldn't even do that, I think

Sweet! Thanks! No need to post your times on here, but definitely can if you'd like to share! We can post in here our successes, questions, etc during the month, too. 1. First pick which challenge you would like to aim for. 2. At the end of the month we post what goal we achieved!

I met my goal! I got bronze!!! I am excited because I couldn't even do a low plank at the beginning of the month! Thanks for this challenge

Inspiring! (Love your Totoro tracker :))

The plank is commonly practiced in pilates and yoga, (according to Wikipedia), so maybe you could log it as that. Or as strength training. (These are all in the cardio section of exercises.)

Whoo! I just achieved Copper! I think doing the Purely Twins plank workout really helped me get here.
