I want to track every day (food and fitness) and to not get discouraged! Weigh in at less than 140, so my jeans will be looser and I'll be on track to hit my 125lb goal by my 50th birthday.

I took a walk in the morning and as you all know, it was about 17 degrees out. I have a walking buddy, so that helps with the motivation. I also tried to drink all my water... still working on that, and the day's not over.
