  • I would suggest talking to your doctor, in addition to all of the reasons that everyone else posted it could be sleep apnea. It is a major cause of fatigue and exhaustion because your body doesn't get enough oxygen. I used to wake up exhausted every day too, and thought there was something majorly wrong, as it turns out...…
  • My reasons are several, I don't want to feel sad about being overweight anymore, I want to be able to walk up the stairs without being winded, I want to quit smoking ( but I am petrified that I will get fatter) and... I want to look good in a bikini. :-)
