Dude, rock on! Freakin outstanding! On a side note...what kind of shoes do you run in? I'm a heavy guy (now), too, and will eventually start adding LISS and HIIT to my gig, so I'm wondering what has worked well for you on long-distances.

Yep, this is further proof, that the mirror (or camera) is the better tool for tracking transformation. I, too, HATE that fraking scale!

P.S. Forwarding this to my wife - she'll love it. She's been circuit training, after a few rounds of p90X and Insanity...but I'm trying to get her over to the dark side with me - Starting Strength, 5/3/1, etc.
