I have unquestioning the same.......today I noticed according to the machine I burned more calories at a slower pace and a h r at around 142 then when compared to other days when I go harder .......seriously considering buying hrm for this fact alone.... *questioning

Ultimately to be naked and not self conscious........otherwise a great pair of jeans that are not bulging or puckering and a top that if it hugs my curves I dont have to worry lumps or bumps where there should not be any!

I found your post as link as I was logging my morning.......I just experienced exactly what your referring to as I had to log a tablespoon of peanut butter simply because I mindlessly licked the spoon......that's 90 unplanned calories out of my day that I really did not plan on! Hang in there....I have lost the equivalent of my nine year old but it has taken me two years and seven months....but this time as you pointed out I have done it by making it all fit within my life no gimmicks no fads just good food choices and sweating my butt off :) stay strong your on the right track

Tilapia filets always in the freezer. Bake with a little dry seasonings ...ready in ten min ....Good with any veg on hand ! I use them for tacos or wraps also......
