Shannon- thats exactly why I want one....example this morning I used the same treadmill as the other day, set for the same speed and incline and I used it for the same duration.......today the calories burned were 200 less than the other day :noway:

I pay $35 a month for gym membership with 24 hour access. I have had one session with a trainer which was $40. Any additional sessions will be $25. I live in a very rural small town area.

I feel great actually! I gave it up simply because I am trying to really make healthy choices and watch all my numbers. My sugar each day on my food log is always over. When I looked at each individual food I noticed all produce counts so when trying to figure out what I could adjust well the artificial stuff had to go!…

I have seen some entries for grams and some for ounces......do you have a scale that can give you both? I have an old fashioned cheap plastic one that has ounces on one side and grams on the other....is not fancy or pretty but gets the job done either way!

Make it 1.5 serving and it will equal 6 ounces. That's how I addressed it any way.

My thought through reading it all was .....pregnant! Even being careful things can happen....and have happened....and yes you could experience many of the same things you are describing very early on.......Good luck either way...I also agree that you should get the headache checked out with your doc
