Thank you for your replies! I didnt pay for SW it was an NHS initiative thats run out now, i never used to stay either its not really my cup of tea & i dont want to waste my money on a 'fad' diet. I just want to educate myself properly with diet and fitness. Thank you for the heads up :) xx
