I was going to start this program myself this week, but got derailed with an ankle problem for a couple of days. Glad to hear the first day went well. I know of a couple people who have done it and it worked wonders for them, most did not run days in a row though, but too a day off in between. Good luck to you!

I am using Protein Evolution by Intek. Never thought protein would honestly taste this good. I started week 1 a couple weeks ago, but have put that on pause for a few weeks as I have been getting acquainted with the gym I just started going to. Going to pick it back up and hit it full force at the beginning of the week. Keep up the good work!
