Is T25 mostly cardio? Anyone know how it compares to Jillian's 90 day program, because that is what I am doing now. I've been losing a pound a week doing her workout.

I think working the triceps are the worst. I hate the crab exercise, ugh! And push ups, I can do a few military ones now, but not much. My arms are just week. Keep it up, it's great seeing the NSV's in your clothes and moving the belt notch. :)

Monday morning, because Sat/Sun are my rest days. So excess water retention from weigh training should start to go down, which gives you a more accurate number.

Aw, thank you! I still have a ways to go to fit in all my pre-baby clothes, but I'm working on it.
-
Thanks, that is what I am hoping for!

No I just use a standard tape measure, been using the same one for years. So I know I might not get the "exact" spot every time....

Here is the comparison. I really hope it's muscle then!!

Great job! You can see the difference! This is my 1st week of Phase 2. After 7 weeks, I am down 7 lbs and 4 inches overall. I have to say, workout 7 is killing me, I just don't have the upper body strength. But I gotta stick with it. This is about a 3 week difference: Left is 152 lbs, right is 150 lbs. Still have a ways to…

Say what you mean, and mean what you say.

Now at 150 lbs. Seeing I topped out at 185 when I was 9 months preggo, losing 35 lbs in 4 months is a pretty huge deal for me. BUT, I am still fat. So I will continue to work my butt off till I hit 130.

I have the Polar FT4, works great and very easy to use. I think Polar overall is a good brand for HRM's.
-
Great job! Jillian rocks.

Lost 2 inches from my waist and hips this month. My baby belly is diminishing! Love seeing results other than the scale weight.

I am doing JM Body Revolution right now! I'm only on weeks 5 & 6. Have you tried her other workouts, like 30 day Shred? That is a good one. Otherwise running is a great way to lose weight, but it can be hard on your joints. I love my elliptical, easy on joints and it's a great cardio workout. I would also keep doing…

When I started running, I would run 1 minute, walk for a few min, and repeat several times for about 45 minutes. Everyday I noticed I could run longer and walk less. I was able to run a full 5k (without stopping to walk) after about 2 months of training 3-4 days a week.

2 babies in 3 years. I lost all but 10lbs with my first, and then gained 50lbs with my 2nd. BUT, I am working my butt off, with only 20lbs yet to lose. I will get there.

My husband has "chicken legs". He's 6'3 and just naturally on the thin side. Even when he lifts weights, his legs do not change much. I wouldn't worry too much about it, you're not alone, and women really don't care that much about men's legs.
-
Ellipticals are easy on the joints. I would invest in one of those.

Eat at least 1200 plus your exercise calories. I would invest in a HRM and wear it while you exercise so you get a more accurate reading of what you are buring. I have the Polar FT4 and love it. Amazon has it. Also, measure ALL your food. You can easily under estimate your calories. Don't forget all liquid calories,…

-
Awesome, great job!
-
Yep! HYE gotten punched in the face?
-
Great job!! I am doing her 90 day program, body revolution. I am 5 weeks in, with 7 more to go. Hoping to see some results like yours!

I am 36, and 5'3. Gained 50 lbs with my 2nd baby. I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revoution - 90 day program. I am doing 1200 calories plus eating exercise calories. Losing about a pound a week. I'm at 152, with a goal weight of 130 by Nov 1st.
-
Measure ALL of your food. It is very easy to underestimate the calories you are actually eating. Don't forget the oil/butter, condiments, creamers, etc. You shoudl easily lose weight at 1200-1300 calories per day.

Agree with other posters, it's different for everyone. Just like some people get stretch marks, others don't. It depends on how much you gained and lose, and genetics.

Mad Men, I watched the first 5 seasons in about 3 weeks. ( I was on maternith leave LOL).
