I was on Depo yrs ago.. I gained 100lbs while on it...!!!!!!!!!!!! Once I decided to stop, it took my body about 6 mths to finally start dropping weight (and I was 18 at the time).

walk up stairs (skipping a step) as much as possible... and squats.... I had really bad cellulite and about 2 mths of doing that I could see a significant difference.... not everyone is the same though. any ?'s feel free to inbox me :)

Are you cooking the steak yourself or are you going out to eat? 230 grams is about 8 oz... that's a nice size steak!
