Yes my doctor went to school and has a Md behind his name. I guess him and his family has started it and they've losing weight.he lost 17 pounds within a month.I will do my best to try it. I have been eating a lot healthier since I got this book.more fruits and vegetables. More home cooked meals not premade.

I have been at least trying to follow breakfast, lunch and dinners. Because u have to home cook. I can't stop drinking my tea and I do need my sugary snacks.I have been eating healthy since Monday.so that's a good thing for me.

Sorry about that.its a book by haylie pomroy. There are 3 phases. The first phase is Monday and Tuesday. U eat lots of carbs and fruit.phase 2 is Wednesday and Thursday.lots of protein and veggies.phase 3 is Friday, Saturday and Sunday all of the above plus healthy fats and oils

The fast metabolism diet says you can lose up to 20 pounds in a month.there's a book that tells you how to do it and a cook book for it. I have the book I'm gonna start it monday

why is it so hard to lose the weight but its so easy to gain it. I'm trying to hard to get this weight off. But I don't get much support from friends or family. My only support is my dad.my own soon to be husband thinks I'm fine the way I am. I am obese from what my doctor says.

i fell off the wagon big time.im hopin to get back on track today.the 25 & 26 i ate and ate.i logged the best i could.but i know i went well over my calories.i tried to atleast work out during those days.i know i gained weight.i dont weigh in until monday

im doing no soda too.im on day 5 of no soda.i have been drinking water, teas and powerade/gatorade..its hard but we can do it.it will give u headaches and make u tired at first.but it will make us feel better and healthier in the long run.
