I'm 26 years old with 2 autistic boys.ages 6 & 4.im a sahm.im starting my journey over again this will be my 3rd time.the first time I lost 12lbs,second time I lost 4lbs.but gain all of it back but one pound.its stressful trying to exercise with my boys.im always tired.im working on eating healthy again.

Ok so it will be worthless for me then.because all I can do right now is work out DVDs,the Wii and walking.i guess I will just try to get an hour a day of exercise and try my best to watch what I eat.

Oct 24-was under my calories but need to make better choices.no work out yesterday due to my boyfriend friend staying over and my Wii is in the living room

Oct.23- was under my calories until my boyfriend went to taco bell.im gonna change my work outs in the mornings and night time its getting hard to motivate myself.but on a good not I lost 4.3lbs in a month

Oct.22-ate pretty good I think.was under my calories.but didn't stick to just drinking water.will try again tomorrow.....

I'm using the wii to lose weight as of right now. I have wii fit, wii fit plus, biggest loser and jillian Michaels 2010. With wii fit the more you do it the more different work outs you get. But the wii fit plus has more work outs you can do when you first start.

I started this diet on Monday and I have lost already almost 4pounds. I have been doing the diet but I am still eating some things I shouldnt.but on Monday I'm gonna change that.I do work out.

I'm gonna have to look at different stores I get to go shoping this Thursday I'm so excited to be able to start. On Monday I'm going to start the working out part.I'm planning to shop for two weeks and make my meals out for the week on Sundays.

I'm going to try this diet again.I read the book more and I found some good recipes. I was doing good until I hit phase 2 day 2. I just wanted some people who has or is doing it to give me pointer but I get negitive responds. I'm just giving it a try I have been trying to lose weight since Feb of 2013.
