Hoping to make progress and not muck this up like I did in June.0 -
Weighed myself this A.M. so I could have an official weight for the start of July, and whether from water retention, TOM or just simply because I haven't been putting as much effort in lately, I have gone up to 268. So depressing, but also the kick in the butt I need this morning.
So to repost from yesterday with this new info:

ETA: I'm a little apprehensive about upping my official goal, but I'll still be thrilled if I just drop the 5 I initially planned. Figured a little challenge won't hurt. Good luck everyone, I know we will crush this!

I gained 50 pounds while pregnant for my son, after nearly dying from Pre-Eclampsia and HELLPS syndrome. Before pregnancy, I was two pounds shy of being in the 100 club. 14 months later, I am still battling being anywhere near my first goal of 199 pounds. I have lost 20 pounds in the last 14 months which isn't much but it is a start. Time to get serious...AGAIN! I also love new, motivational friends .

I did not make my goal by the end of June (even though I made it during the month but then regained) and am hoping to do better this month. There are many weekend events but I plan to power through them.
I see there were a lot of 5+ pound losses last month. Well done you guys!! Also good luck to my fellow under 5 pound losers!! Even 1 pound less is good. It means you're going in the right direction.0 -
