    I have been going the wrong direction on the scale for a couple of months now. Hopefully this will help me get back on track. I was so close but now seem to really be struggling.

    I don’t alway have a scale on Saturday. My regular weigh in day is Tuesdays. Anything posted on Saturday likely will not be accurate but I can do so anyway.

    I gained 50 pounds while pregnant for my son, after nearly dying from Pre-Eclampsia and HELLPS syndrome. Before pregnancy, I was two pounds shy of being in the 100 club. 14 months later, I am still battling being anywhere near my first goal of 199 pounds. I have lost 20 pounds in the last 14 months which isn't much but it is a start. Time to get serious...AGAIN! I also love new, motivational friends <3 .

    I did not make my goal by the end of June (even though I made it during the month but then regained) and am hoping to do better this month. There are many weekend events but I plan to power through them.

    I see there were a lot of 5+ pound losses last month. Well done you guys!! Also good luck to my fellow under 5 pound losers!! Even 1 pound less is good. It means you're going in the right direction.

    I almost made it in June (lost 4.8!), so I'm hoping I actually lose the whole 5 pounds in July. Looking forward to Onederland!
