Need new friends to help me through this journey

Hello I'm crystal 26yrs old I'm 5'0 and weigh 180.I exercise everyday for about an hour maybe a little more on some days.I'm eating 1500 calories a day. My goal weight is 115-120 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight since Feb 2013. I was doing good I started out 188 pounds and I lost 12 pounds last year.then gained all of it back.I stopped drinking diet soda in Jan 2014. Its been 7 months since I had a soda. And I gained most of my weight back. So what I'm gonna do is try it for a week have a diet soda a day and see if I lose weight for that week. What I did was switch diet soda for power ade and tea. I have tried the fast metabolism diet that worked for about 2 weeks. Just couldn't keep up with having 2 kids. So I'm looking for friends to motive me through this journey. Maybe help me with meal ideas, don't judge me for trying different diets and such. Yea I know diet soda is bad for u but I think that was saving my butt. I use to drink one a day and the rest water. Maybe here and there a powerade

Hi Crystal, feel free to add me. My story is not too different from yours. I just realised that I started on a diet about 6 times in the last 12 months, and also fell off the wagon as many times. I did The Mental Diet Plan (only available in Dutch), slow version, and proteïn version, a couple of times, as well as the hospital diet (a 3 week diet, 5 days of crashing, and weekends off). Especially the last two help for a while, but the first becomes very boring, and the last is too hard to keep up with.

You can add me. Interestingly enough I too am 5"0 and have a major diet soda addiction. I am looking to lose about 43 pounds with a goal weight of 120.
