If you find difficulty in consuming calories may I suggest shakes - a banana, some peanut butter, milk of your choice, it's a creative process. Easy calories in my opinion :) And congrats on the weight loss! :)

First is buckwheat (because I was on a buckwheat diet for a week, so don't know if this really counts...) 1. Whey Shake 2. Apples 3. Cucumbers

Haha eating oatmeal as I'm reading this. Mine is with a pear, a banana and a tsp of cinnamon. I love adding fruits and berries in general as other have mentioned

I've hurt my knees from lunges and squats some time ago. Turns out I was doing them wrong - your front knee(/s)are supposed to never go past your toes.
-
I never go to the gym - I do HIIT training home. I have been following Zuzkalight (on youtube) for a LONG time and I love her workouts :)
-
I often do HIIT workouts that last 10-12 minutes. For me that burns around 95(10min)-125(12min) kcal.

6 ft tall. I currently weigh 175lbs but I ultimately aim for 143lbs. I have recently stopped losing weight though :( not sure why... but I lowered my cals from 1700 to 1500, I'll see what happens. Feel free to add me :)

Zuzkalight all the way!!!

I can do one (two on a good day) per leg... Still improving
-
Favorite: dive bomber push ups Worst: also jumping lunges for me. Or burpees.

Open to friends. Only thing I don;t log is water :)
-
I don't have a microwave so I always feel so sad that I can't do these...
-
6 ft tall, I eat about 1696kcal - I got that calculated by some machine at a fitness center. I usually eat less though - about 3500kcal less every week because I have a paranoia of actually hitting over 1600...
-
6ft tall, my ideal weight is 145 lbs (65kg) Right now I'm going from 85kg to 75kg - I'm in no hurry to reach the 65kg, not yet.
-
I'm in! The most I've done was 250 squats in one day :)
-
Is that even possible in 30 days???? WOW you look amazing! Keep it up!

I had three cakes + cheese cake + creme brulee + chocolate candy on Easter. My breakfast/lunch must have been about 2000 kcal, and lasted about 3 hours. Twice or three times ever year on Easter and Christmas Eve I pig out like there is no tomorrow and I don't even feel sorry, ha! You're gonna be fine :)

My mom's salmon with smoked veggies and white rice. Yummmmm

Oh I get that a lot too! People get surprised that I weigh that much when really it doesn't show
-
5"8 I eat 1400-1600 usually

My resting heart rate is always around 80, sometimes even over 90. When I work out I go up to around 188 usually. I did insanity, but I didn't have a HR monitor so I have no idea of knowing. I've always been told by doctors to "calm down", but I keep telling them that this is how it normally is for me... I'm not sure if…

Tea, olive oil (tbsp ir two while cooking...), I don't log water anymore as well
-
I'm 6'2" - I've gone up and down in my weight through some years but my pants size is always the same. I wish it would go down a bit but I work with what I have :)
-
Insanity was so much fun! I did it last year and I finished a while ago. I did find both some pros and cons though. Here are some afterthoughts: -I became WAY more durable in my cardio -Now that I finished, I actually started doing proper warm up and cool down routines with my other workouts - big WIN for me! -Every time I…

I try to do some exercise every day. Usually it's anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes all together (depends on how I feel that day): warm-up + a HIIT workout (10-20min.) + extra ab exercises + cool-down & stretching. I also try to do some yoga at least once a week.
