As long as I have about 75-80% of my calories from fats I'm good :) I watch sugar - no more than 4g at a time as the body can not process more than that

You can not have too many eggs! It's the most perfect food evah :))) I have at least 3 every day. Some days even up to 10

Ugh I don't think I HAVEN'T finished my plate in...years! I was raised to do so and even when I'm full I always finish my plate. That definitely has not been too good of a factor for me... But I have learned how to size my plate so finishing it is not a bad thing to do anymore :)

I'm in.for ~50miles - 80Km running. I will be doing Insanity month 2 on top of it though, so I just hope to make it through the month alive lol Plus I have my first 5k at the end of August :P

Fat can take up over 50% of my diet sometimes, but it's fat from seeds, peanut butter, eggs, bacon, extra virgin olive oil, butter, etc. so it's all good fat. As long as I control my carbs I'm always still good :)

I eat 2000 kcal every day. Just total 2000. It used to be 1600 but I was hungry, angry, binging, etc. Now I'm satisfied all the time and no more binging. I'm doing on insanity, now on week 2, plus I go running sometimes :)

One way to improve at push ups is by doing them... I eat 25% carbs, 20% protein and 55% fat. I will go up to 30% protein and lower my carbs soon, but I want to do that more gradually. :) IMO macros are important - if you eat 100% carbs you will gain weight even on an calorie deficit. I always do cardio+ strength together mixed - honestly that's how I get the best results. I do ZWOWs - you can google it, it's fun. It's just one of the options for me, but yeah... I do the both

She has two dvds if you wanna do a program, but besides that just do any random workouts from hers :) no set program. And you can use a heart rate monitor to see how many calories you burn-I always do.

10000% same here. I sweat like insane! Not only during workouts, but just in general if the weather is hot - and I understand we all sweat under such hot circumstances but I sweat a 100 times more.
