Hi this is my first post on here. I have just finished my first week of insanity and i have to say not having done any exercise since i was 15 (now 26) it is defo hard but im loving my new found energy and its only been week 1, finally a rest day tomorrow.
My only quarrel is that im shockingly bad at push-ups, i mean my actual limit is about 8. Is there any suggestions on how to improve this, baring in mind i dont go to gym.

One way to improve at push ups is by doing them...
Actually the first time I completed insanity my upper body strength didn't increase at all - it stayed around the same, because pre-insanity I used to do way more push ups in my workouts. So it was a decrease in upper body workout intensity for me.
And ps - I just finished my first week too as I'm doing insanity again0 -
yea i know its such a stupid question really. the answer was quite obvious, haha! i have noticed a little increase in my upper body strength being day 2 into week 2. I must say cardio is an absolute killer...Did you find much more results month 2, i know it seems month 1 is getting you ready for death lol0
