LOL at this only because this is a common inside joke in my family. I've never met my dad... and so my kids and my husband often tease me about it... Hey mom - is that random guy your dad? Who broke these dishes? - probably your dad...

That's really good actually! I was running from October until march and only got my 3 mile time down to 31:39. So good for you ;)

Depends on what kind of exercise. If you're running, and you're just beginning, it will get better!!!! I used to have to take advil before and after my long runs. If it's jumping type... that one is harder. my knees still hurt on occasion.

On this note.... I am officially notifying the MFP world that Easter Sunday and the following Monday will be C-H-E-A-T days. I have my first 3 meals planned, and they are NOT going to keep me under my calories for the day. :)

I frequently feel like that!!! One thing I do that helps on occasion is drink ice water and eat the ice... i think it tricks my mind into "eating".

I did it, and it works. HOWEVER... it's plyo which means you'll be building muscle, not necessary losing weight. Now, I DID lose about 15 lbs... I'm trying it again 1/2 time along with weights, so Insanity is my cardio. But it is no joke. It is a real workout. But, I always feel great afterwards. TIRED, but great. i know…
