-
Wow you look great! what a success!
-
and just to give you a heads up, your dosage might not be right initially. They will have to test you about every 6 weeks to evaluate how well the meds are working. Totally normal...

(so random and off topic, but...) Your profile pic is so cute it says, "I'm so much fun". :)

Honey! I'm there witcha. After my first, I lost all the weight in 6 weeks. After my second, I was on Depo and had to work forever to get it off. After my third, I settled in eventually, and after this last one... Done and over with :/ He's 2 1/2 and until about 6 months ago people were still asking when I was due.

Horror stories are exactly that. side effects are few and far between. The symptoms without meds far exceed the side effects of being on meds (which I haven't noticed ANY side effects).

Not just you, love. Last week I ran a half marathon and my weight didn't budge. Go Figure. This is what I do... (as my mom says, take what you want and leave the rest)... I weigh every day, but track only on Mondays. If my weight is up on Monday, I don't track. I wait til the next week and track my loss. Now, my losses are…

Guess who's my new hero..... THIS WOMAN!!! You go girl!!!

HEY! I just did the bueller reference ;) As for weights, I like the way body for life formats it. They make it simple and easy to follow. Basically: Weights MWF Cardio TThSa Weights alternate Upper/Lower/Upper, etc. It works on a pyramid scheme, x12,x10,x8,x6,x12- then x12 of a different exercise.

I've read apples are good. Especially with PB.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I think it's about 20 minutes. How much time you have?
-
Best time is first thing in the morning, maybe even before you get outta bed. That way by the time you're dressed and ready to go you can eat. This is a group that I've been introduced to that might be beneficial :) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/753-hypothyroidism-and-hyperthyroidism

SHOES!!!! When I started running in October, I had the same thing. I went to a shoe store and got fitted and it made alllll the difference in the world. Also, be careful not to tie laces too tight.

Love it :)

I created it back in.... dang... 1993? When I was on dial-up AOL? LOL

This is just a suggestion... as my mom says, take what you want and leave the rest. :) But, I'm doing Body for life, and what I like about it is you do cardio 3 days and weight 3 days... So on a typical week it'll be like this: M/W/F cardio T/Th/Sa Weights But with the weights, you alternate, so T is upper body, TH is…

Another I just thought of... If you keep doing what you keep doing, you're going to keep getting what you're getting. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

I like this one!!
