Think it depends on what you're looking for. Jeans I usually can find "short" sizes at old navy (although I don't like the way they fit) or at Kohls. As for dresses? Girl... i haven't felt good in a dress in years so that one I can't tell ya... I got my dress for my kids graduation at Express, though..

They're still adjusting my meds. The first dose was .025 in jan, upped it to .05 when my retests showed my levels went UP, go back in 3 weeks to re-test blood.

OMGosh... I've been there. Swollen stomach and still wanting to eat more...I hate to admit this... but I went out to dinner one night and ate so much I went to the bathroom and threw it up (not on purpose... I was really loving the food)

Girlfriend you and I woulda been best friends. Those are my two primary weaknesses. (drifting off into daydreams filled with 44oz big gulps and the corresponding free snickers....)

Uh... i could literally eat a whole loaf of french bread and not feel bad about it.

yeah, i would say shoes. When i went and got fitted they recommended a size or size and a half larger because your feel swell when you run...Also be careful about tying laces too tight.

I did it yesterday. I bought the series about a year or so ago and have only done the Combat30 :/ I'll either be doing that or insanity on my cardio days (T, Th, Sat).

BFL does lower body/upper, so I'll do abs on lower body day - quads, hams, calves and abs with the same pyramid weight scheme.

So... like you'd do 12,10,8,6,12 Floor Crunches then 12 Oblique Floor Crunches

abs are on lower body days (every other weight day), so like if I do weights MWF, I would do them W one week and then MF the next week.
