Yes I either use calorie on my mio or treadmill. As far as weighing, about 50% of the time.

Yes, input exercise calories. Between 400-600 weekday runs. Usually eat back.... Maybe Half of it?

I'm doin 1200 calories a day. Im training for a half marathon, so I run 4 times a week (4,6,4,12 miles). I usually try to eat about half of the calories i work off, but... don't always succeed. I'm 5'2 152 and trying to get to 130. HOWEVER I'm 37 and my metabolism is NOT what it used to be :/

have your thyroid tested. you sound very similar to me, and my levels were off, so they put me on a synthetic hormone to try to help. Just started about 4-6 weeks ago. Not sure if it works or not....but we'll see ;)

My son's team made it one round deep in the playoffs, and he finally got more than 2 minutes of playing time.

Girlfriend, I hear you!! I am exhausted in general. We went from football (he coaches and son plays) to basketball (my son plays) to track (he coaches and son runs). I am so tired. I need a warm beach and a cold drink ;)

Nope! I'm still in texas. But we've had 2 snow days and 4-5 late start days due to the freezing temps in the last month. It's unusually cold! brrrrr..... Actually, went to Tyler this weekend and it FROZE THERE! I'm starting to think it's following us...

Hi! 5'2 37 yo CW: 155 GW: 135 Married to a coach. 6 kids. Training for a half marathon March 30. Then plan to do a modified BFL... Insanity for cardio days and then weight days.

I am training for my first half marathon. We've been training since October because initially we had planned to do a full marathon in February, but we didn't quite make it... so we downgraded and committed to a half marathon at the end of March ;)

i think tv and treadmill is a good idea. even if you're just walking, force yourself to walk while you watch. by the end of your favorite show you've walked for an hour!!!

it's tough giving up sweets. I usually self-sabotage. for example... I gave up pepsi and substituted Sunny D. I gave up whataburger and ate nachos. See how that's not really beneficial? ..... lol
