Thank everyone comments are really useful-I thought I was using the low bar position to be honest but after the comments I watched it back and I can see that the bar is defo sat to high. So when I train next I will make sure I bring it down a bit lower. Hopefully these will be easy fixes, I didn't realise it would be so…

Oh gosh I thought I was doing a low barbell position but now watching it again I can see quite clearly that it seems to have worked its way up. Ok I'm going to seriously work on this. My husband said that he thought I was to far forward but we weren't sure how to correct it

Wow thanks for that guess I still have more work to do - going to need to have a look at some more form videos etc and see if I can get rid of the 'butt wink' not even entirely sure what it is lol. I will defo make more of an effort to correct my head placement as well. Thanks :0)

Thank you :0) it was actually a personal best for me and I did struggle somewhat towards the end - it did feel as though I was moving about throughout the squat so I will defo take that on board - I'm just pleased they don't look to bad compared to what they were like lol

Finally managed to get someone to film me today - I wanted to check that my squats look ok if someone wouldn't mind giving it the once over - he didn't get my feet I'm which is a bit annoying but hopefully this will be enough to be able to see if my form is ok http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBg7p4XwL5k&sns=em Thanks

It feels so good to have made that first step honestly I was so stressed about it before hand, now I'm wondering what all the fuss was about lol - you should defo not let this put you off after a while you just kinda go into your own zone and kinda forget about it
