Try saving some of the bean water from the can and adding it to the hummus when you process it. That may help smooth it out without adding too much extra oil or tahini and will not water it down as much as using water. Also don;t be afraid to let it run through the processor for a solid few minutes, that should take care…

sometimes i will split a whole wheat english muffin, top it with an ounce of cheese and put in the toaster oven for a few minutes. Kind of like a grilled cheese. You could also add some deli ham to that or like a canadian bacon slice. I also eat a lot of cereal, my favorites are kashi go lean honey almond flax and kellog's…

go to your local gym, at mine they have a place where you can sign up if you are looking for someone to climb with, or just make friends. Rock climbers are generally friendly and like to talk about rock climbing :) You can also get into bouldering, which does not require a partner.

If you are not already doing strength training you should start. I think it will make a big difference for you in the way you look, at this point you want to tone up so you are not skinny and "soft". I did this towards the end of my weight loss and it really helped, and it also helped me lose a few pounds more than I was…
