If you'd like something sweet and your stomach is okay with it, how about quest bars for breakfast (maybe some iced coffee too). That's what I eat when im rushing. I now only eat them when i'm really rushing because it's pricey, but worth it imo.

my fav salad dressing is just salt pepper and fresh squeezed lemon juice. But for a tip, try using a shaker bottle to blend your dressing. I use my shaker bottle to make homemade mayo and with the mayo I sometimes make thousand island dressing.

My family is from Fiji and we use it to make sort of a fresh chutney. We take fresh mint with some thai chili and some garlic, a little water and onions and blend it to a course, thick consistency. We use it as a condiment. It tastes great for a dipping sauce.

I love the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, vanilla ice cream flavor. I dislike protein powders in general because the smell and taste, but for some reason this flavor mixed with silk unsweetened organic milk tastes soooo good. Also, the double chocolate is good.

I also love quest bars. Ive been eating them since they first made them and am still hooked on them (which is not norm for me, i get sick of stuff pretty quickly). I recently tried the chocolate chip cookie dough. SOOO yum!!

eggs, greek yogurt, 60 calorie pudding snacks, carrots and radishes, gochujang (for veggie dipping =P ), natural peanut butter, sunflower seeds, prawns, chicken breasts and sardines. I know keeping prawns on hand is kinda odd but its so low in calories and so high in protein. tastes great in a morning omelet.

i love eggs more than any other food. i scramble them with grape tomatoes or onions and chili. Sometimes i eat them with rice on the side with what ever else im eating. almost every kind of indian food tastes great wit a side of eggs. i always keep a dozen on hand.
