Trying to create a grocery list for tonight. I want to know what everyone's "must have" food item is. Hoping to generate a grocery list from some of the suggestions. Thanks!!!

Eggs. I go through 28-32 eggs a week all by myself.
My only other non-stop staple is extra dark chocolate (72%, used to get 85% for the family complained). Completely gives me the treat feeling without too much sugar and a whole lot of anti-oxidants. One bar lasts me an entire week.0 -
Eggs, fake eggs, cheese sticks, natural peanut butter, whole grain bread, salad stuff, almonds, walnuts, popcorn, chicken, oatmeal, almond milk, edamame, whatever fruit is in season and on sale0

At work specifically, I must have fruit, roasted and salted almonds, and baby carrots. I'm only healthy 9-5.0
-
Fresh fruit - whatever is in season or looks good in the store. Oh, and lots fresh veggies - cooking ones salad ones and nibblie ones. I don't use a list for these, I just figure out about how many servings I will need and then pick whatever looks good, fresh, locally grown and reasonably priced.0
