Just completed W2D2, and felt great. My hamstring issue is niggling away, but not too bad. Stretched and then did 40 squats! Begone my last 5 kilos!

It's my non-running day, so I took a Pilates class at my local gym. Pilates has really helped my lower back issues.

Completed W2D1 today. It's summer in Australia so I waited until 7:30pm when it was a little cooler. Listening to great music really helps!
