Now to decrease body fat percentage
I'm a 58 year old female, and have reached my weight goal of 60kg. My aim for this year is to decrease my body fat percentage, which is probably around 28 to 30 percent based on my Withings scale. I'm active, go to the gym and take Pilates. Any ideas, folks?

Getting frustrated with my body fat percentage!
I'm 58, I've lost about 20 kg over the past 2 years down to a good weight of 60kg, I eat very well and I exercise a lot. I've been using an app called Pact (used to be Gympact) that some might find interesting for motivation. You make a pact to 1. Record your diet on MFP, 2.
