Never! It's the one meal I always eat...heartily!

Think of me as Lt. Provenza from The Closer...I don't run! I have no ambition towards marathons, not going to happen. I've lost 60 pounds :-)

I did a rotation of Six Week Six Pack, Killer Buns and Thighs and Ripped in 30 (each 2x/week for six weeks). Then I started another round of JMBR with heavier weights...using 12lb weights now on most exercises and boy does it make a difference! Good luck!

^^ This for sure. I don't call it a "cheat" day...because cheat=guilty...I call it a "spike" day. I can't avoid certain foods forever (and don't want to!), so I figured out how to fit them in my plan. Wishing everyone great success!

There is a puddle of sweat on the floor! (love counting the reps while stirring the yogurt!)

I haven't been to the gym once during my journey...all Jillian DVDs! Good luck with your successes!
-
I wouldn't call what I am doing "heavy", but I have great results. Also...be careful about your diet!
-
As long as you are happy and healthy, can participate in the activities you want to do, and feel good about yourself, scale be damned! Good luck and congrats in all your successes!
-
LOL! It is Killer Abs!!! I heard it today! :-)

^^This for sure! Great results and never looked back!
-
^^This! I press play on her videos exclusively! Good luck with your goals!

That is fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Wow! Reading this post is super inspiring--congratulations to everyone on your successes! You are fantastic! As for me, I went in my closet today to try on the last items that were too small and they all either fit, or were too big. I am officially an American size 8. One more size to goal (and clothes shopping!!!). Keep…

Yes! This is what I do...separate everything into single serve packages. I cook for the week in advance and separate each meal into separate containers. It works out great! Good luck with your goals!
-
All of this. I am twenty pounds heavier than my lowest weight, but a size smaller...I believe it is all due to strength training from day 1. Good luck with your goals!
-
^^Ditto!

Try using heavier weights. This is my third round of JMBR, and I've increased the weights each round...and each round is more difficult. And lol, you will change your tune when you get to w/o 5 & 6 ;-) Keep with it, it will be worth it. Good luck with your goals.

^^This. I've done nothing but Jillian workouts...I chuckle at some of the things she says, but she is super motivating and expects hard work.

I think this is about lifelong success, not deprivation. I know I am not going to go through my life never eating so-called "bad" foods...so, I find a way to fit them in when I want them. I believe it is all about moderation...definitely not deprivation. Besides, if you deprive yourself of something, you obsess over it and…

I'm 5 ' 4" and originally thought my goal would be 130 (started at 212, current 152); however, I learned that my niece (who is a size 2!) weighs 135 (very muscular kid!). I want to be a size six so, am sure 130 is smaller than that, considering the muscle...so, my goal now is a 6 or 140...whichever comes first. good luck…

Great job...doesn't it feel great to finish! It is an amazing accomplishment! I am currently on my third round, using heavier weights; but, between this round and the last, I did a six week combo that included Killer Buns and Thighs, Six Week Six Pack and Ripped in 30--two days of each. It worked out well and I exceeded my…

I'm on Phase II and so far, so good. Although this is my third round and should be easy, I've upped the weights from the last time. It REALLY makes a difference in the effort required. Hope everyone is doing well! sj

Thank you...thank you very much! I am hoping to be an inspiration to people who don't want to work out an hour a day ;-)

I agree...the 30DS is the first JM workout I've picked up...and kept going from there. I haven't used anything else. And, as a side note, with the exception of a couple, most of her workouts are around 30 minutes long. And thank goodness, because that is pretty much all I have the patience for! Good luck on your goals!!!

I agree that it takes time to lose weight and you need patience, but, I do not believe the point of the Biggest Loser is to "show" people how to lose weight. What they do is take someone who feels like a failure inside, and make them believe they can do anything. When someone tells me that they don't watch the show because…

I didn't choose a weight, but a size. As I lost weight and gained muscle, I noticed my new size did not equate to my old weight. I am 154 now and wear an eight, whereas, when I was 25, I weighed 133 and wore a 10. So, my goal size is a six. If my metabolism slows in my 50s, I will not be back in the double digits! Best…

This is great! Sometimes people are afraid to insult their newly-thinner friends. It is great that you responded so positively!!! No need to give up horses, just hang out at better stables ;-)

Yes! Jillian and only Jillian!!! Thanks!

Sauteed brussel sprouts, creamed spinach and asparagus w/blue cheese.

I've done Jillian's videos exclusively and am very close to my goals. I lost 12 pounds and 22 inches after 30 days on the Shred--will take the inches over pounds any day! Her claims don't bother me...I was overweight for over 20 years and this is the first time I was ever able to meet my goals. And I was able to do it on…
