If you control how much you eat, it's not a failure at all! I feel so satisfied for limiting myself to one piece of chocolate than eating healthy for weeks. Overcoming your 'fear foods' shows that you've made a huge step towards a lifestyle change!

I think most decent people would judge you for having bad form before judging your weight. A lot of them probably were bigger at one point too.

I know that this sounds like bs but honestly, taking a break from my diet broke my plateau. I don't have much to lose and was stuck at 133 for a few weeks. When I pigged out on chocolate and stayed away from the gym for a few days,I lost 3 pounds in a few days. Have you been lifting?

I'd have to permanently destroy it. Cover it in dish soap and toss it in the garbage. THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A SINGLE SERVING OF CHOCOLATE, at least to me hah. The whole thing would be gone in an hour.

Did it start when you began your diet? Getting enough protein? Depressed? Could be thyroid. If you were anemic, your periods would have likely been affected too.

Apply biooil or something on them now while they're still red. They're much harder to remove when they're white.

Usually a net of 1200 calories. I just started wellbutrin, which kills my appetite so probably even less lately. I was worried about losing muscle.

I was on celexa for 3 years. I gained 80 lbs... Horrible medication for me. Every person has a different experience though. I'm on lexapro now and it doesn't affect my weight.

It's counterintuitive but most people honestly lose more when they have rest days. You're better able to push yourself hard after a break too

Like everyone said, you will need to lose fat but do you have access to a gym? The hip abb/adductor machines have helped me with that.
