Admittedly, I am only 19 and do not have to deal with sagging yet but doing bench presses has helped fill out my chest a little. Building muscle doesn't increase the breast tissue but, for me, it has made them appear fuller. I went from a 36D to 32C. If you decide on an augmentation, all the power to you if it helps you…

Not drinking calories, eating protein and watching calorie densities are my strategies. I know that if I were hungry all of the time and had to continually count calories, I'd just regain the weight.

Haha do you see why so many students become addicted to coffee? While I wouldn't support of caffeine addiction, if it would help your energy, it certainly wouldn't be detrimental to your plan. Caffeine may actually increase your metabolism but I don't have any proof of that however. It's all about IFIYM. How low are you…

I don't think that losing more weight will solve that problem unfortunately. I'm only 116lbs and I still feel fat all of the time. It has to do with our self esteem; we have to learn to love ourselves at any weight.

To challenge myself and it works better than any antidepressant that I've tried without the negative side effects. The only side effect is that you come out looking hottt! haha

Hey. I've reached a point where I can't afford to lose more weight without appearing scrawny so I'm looking to focus more on weight training while maintaining. I don't really want to gain weight like in a traditional bulk. Do people usually see results even if they're simply maintaining?

SSRIs for moderate and mild depression have been shown to be relatively useless. I really wouldn't recommend going on an AD if you don't believe that your depression is biological. I think that it would mostly be the placebo effect but meh I'm not a psychiatrist. If you really want to try one that might even help with…

It used to be 120lbs but it still looks wrong to me. Silly warped view of myself.
-
For me, just realizing that the weight gain on meds was mostly due to an increased appetite and not a metabolic change helped.

There's ALWAYS a study...

I forced myself to go everyday for about 2 weeks until I got to the point where I enjoyed the 'high'. Now, I will go 3-5 times a week and it is not a chore in the slightest.

YES. I only have a wii unfortunately. Such a fun way to exercise.

Drink 'em. if you avoid it religiously, I doubt that any weight loss will last.

I've been getting a lot more attention from men and while that is a positive, most men my age are only looking for one thing. I think catcalls are compliments but I always have to think of a guy's motives when they're talking to me.

Get to the point where your stomach shrinks a bit and it no longer becomes a diet.

Stairs, running to the bus, eating in public

5' 4" 128lbs I wear a 4-6. I depends on the style though because I carry my weight on my lower abs and love handles.

Anyone can do yoga! I don't think that it helps much in the way of weight loss but it's good for core strength. To me, yoga is like group therapy with motion. I feel warm, fuzzy and in control afterwards; that feeling might help with regulating your eating.

I'm pretty sure American eagle vanity sizes but that's a nice goal. I'm also a teenager and my goal is for urban outfitters's clothes to look good on me! It's hard to make that stuff look good.

Ya, metal one that you do squats with. I find that even just the bare bar is heavy and I can't balance. Adding weights helps balance?

I've been using Skin 79 BB creams lately. It lasts through my workout, isn't too heavy and has a pretty high SPF.

I went from 90lbs to 165lbs on celexa within 2 years... Needless to say that I quit that med.

Ah I just did my first workout today. I've only really used the machines before so the free weights were a little intimidating. I have 2 questions: 1) how hard am I supposed to work? Should I be struggling to finish the last rep or just feel the burn? 2) I'm terrified of the bellbar. .__. I ended up using the bodypump…

I asked if her thighs touched because sometimes people can just have wide set, lean hips. I believe that the calculations just believe that there is simply a lot of fat there.
-
Can anyone explain WHY the body would use muscle before the fat stores are low? I just don't think that it makes much sense.
-
Hmmm. Do your thighs touch? You could just have wide hips. The calculators aren't terribly accurate. I'm by no means an expert but if I were you, I'd lose some fat while lifting and eating a lot of protein. You shouldn't have much to lose.

http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/ This is relatively accurate for a calculator.

A bit like Jennifer Hudson!
